As a new client, here’s what you can expect next:
Health insurance and Medicare Insurance clients- the insurance carriers typically send out new ID cards within 10-15 days from the time of submitting your application for enrollment. Any requests for additional information from the insurance company should be addressed promptly. Once you are a member of the insurance company, most customer related questions can be answered by contracting the member benefits customer service number (usually on the back of your card). Please feel free to call us with any questions we can help with too!
Life Insurance Clients- Some policies may require a paramedical physical exam to be scheduled. It is important to get this done in a timely manner, to ensure the underwriting process can move along. Once your policy is issued, you should file it in a safe manner and inform your beneficiaries or trusted individual of its existence. Retirement Planning Clients- Retirement is a process, not an event. Depending on the complexity of your situation, there may be one or several different accounts that you will receive statements and correspondence on. In addition to being accessible year round for phone calls, we recommend quarterly, semi-annual, or annual reviews to make sure you are on track with your needs and goals. ALL OF OUR CLIENTS ARE VALUED CLIENTS. Please let us know anytime you have a question regarding your insurance, accounting, or retirement planning needs. |
